		<description>I have had all of the above.  It is not only annoying but disheartening at the same time.  I have worked for companies I loved and left because the boss was not easy to deal with.  While I loved the company as it were my own and it was doing well but not the way it should have been run.  The boss was way too hard on people and didn&#039;t ever let up even when they exceeded, it got stressful to deal with.</description>
